Prince/Alexander completed a multitued of projects at Seeger Schools. In addition to the 10,000 ft2 auditorium and cafeteria addition, we also completed an exterior renovation - including $1,000,000 worth of brick replacement. We replaced of all existing windows, upgraded the fire alarm system to meet ADA requirements, electrical system upgrade, created an additional parking lot design and made all (4) school locations ADA compliant. The total estimated cost for this project was $3,000,000.
