Crawford's Too Restaurant
This restaurant renovation was driven by a limited budget and the need to overcome an existing deplorable physical image. The existing dark interiors and divided spaces were replaced with a new semi-open plan with light finishes. The plan is inspired by the "piazza"/sidewalk café image, which includes multiple patterns and textures in the flooring and wall materials. Construction lasted around 90 days on this 4,000 ft2 renovation. Total cost for this project was $82,000, which came to around $20 per square foot.
