LHP Industries in Columbus, IN has a strategic partnership with Techtop industries of China to produce, assemble and distribute electric motors in the U.S. This relationship creates other international marketing and distribution opportunities. Prince|Alexander was commissioned to develop a master plan for the property along I-65 with consideration for high visibility of corporate facilities and maximizing the quantity and access to industrial flex space. This critical industrial exit in Columbus offers a variety of multi-national manufacturers and heavy equipment distributors. Prince|Alexander’s plans and sketches were used to market the project in China. We incorporated Chinese text and symbols into the plans and used feng shui considerations in the building orientations.
