Reagan Park Retirement Community & Office Park

The developers located this 65-acre mixed-use project within one block of the Clarian West Hospital in Avon, Indiana. In an effort to set the project apart from other senior housing projects being considered in the vicinity, we suggested that creating a new urbanism design would create an �Old Town� affect in the fields and flatlands. The design was overwhelmingly successful with the developers and the senior housing developers who saw the marketing potential of walking trails and outdoor spaces that hearken back to a favorable past where storefronts and shop window create a friendly environment for residents to stroll about and encourage the garden home residents to get familiar with the higher level service facilities that are available on campus. By including the indoor pool, physical therapy, adult day care and numerous other services, we were able to develop a design that meets all of the needs of the residents on the CCRC. This project is to include 56 garden homes, 92 assisted living units, and 16 dementia care units with 15,000 square feet of medical office buildings.
