This truly comprehensive retirement resort community goes beyond the CCRC model and looks at the retirement housing industry as a family opportunity to bring people together with events, recreation and tourism. Located across from Brown County State Park and Salt Creek Golf Course, the mix of garden homes, independent living apartments and assisted living housing with services reaching into the wooded surroundings with walking trails, outdoor activities and natural settings. The architecture of the complex is intended to recreate the resort feelings of great communities of the national parks of the west and historic towns of the Midwest with walkable streets, town squares and images from the past. This project consists of: 196 dwelling units, 120 room hotel, 45,000 square feet of conference space, 55 garden homes, and 150,000 square feet of retail/office space located on 72 acres.
