This office building was built exclusively for this scientific engineering firm. Their unique needs of laboratories, office space and materials handling and loading facilities blended with their unique desire to be in a wooded natural setting. Although the real estate was properly zoned for the intended use, a sewer main expansion had to be implemented to serve the proposed project. As part of the industrial flex space development required of the building, an extremely low construction cost had to be achieved to meet the objectives of low-rent requirements. Completed in 1992, consisting of 16,000 square feet, the same tenant has remained in the building for its entire life.
