The Re/Max Select office building was designed to house the central office for a local real estate company and over 100 real estate agents, along with multiple tenant spaces. Total building area is 30,000 square feet on three levels. This project was completed in July 2006. Prince/Alexander worked with two separate tenants whom were scheduled to lease space in the new facility. We provided space planning and office layout options to them which were constructed simultaneously with the building shell. The Owner desired a building aesthetic worthy of the high traffic volume of Emerson Avenue. He specifically wanted something different from the J. Gregg Allen look which is generally seen in Greenwood. His objective was to create a value that would increase re-sale potential in the future, but give individual tenant spaces their own identity.
