Formerly two condemmed houses in the Lilly complex downtown, Prince/Alexander purchased and remodeled these homes. Making two homes into one building proved a challenge. The area of the front door and steps was the former alley between the two units. The entire interior was renovated, with walls being removed, and doors being moved. The end result was a building with much character and memoribilia from the past. Everytime someone new visits our office, the compliments are great!
