MD Rowe Construction sought to develop a new headquarters office building with adequate industrial flex space attached to be able to stage and store construction materials. Two unique aspects of the assignment were that MD wanted the logo of his signage and stationery to be the entrance façade of t he building and he wanted 10,000 SF of spec space to be included. As a result, the building that was built in one of Castleton’s industrial areas was very successful and leased up immediately. The very flexible column spacing allowed virtually any use in the building and the appealing exterior design accommodated a corporate image presentation that was appealing to several tenants.
