With the renovation of the Parke Hotel in August 2000, we have created a mixed-use building with houing for the elderly occupying the majority of the building. With the historic renovation of a 16,392ft2 building, we created 15 apartment units, a community room, social services area and retail space. A new hydraulic elevator system was also installed along with the addition of 13 new parking spaces. This historic renovation cost an estimated $1,125,000.
