The current Sheridan Library is "land-locked" and has little ability to expand at its current Main Street location. After much consideration, it was decided that the library location would have to move. The Library Board requested that the proposed building have an architectural presence similar to the existing Carnegie Library. We developed a design that plays off of the late Victorian period and conveys a sense of historic nature which reflects downtown Sheridan. The estimated cost of this new library is $2 million with a total of 14,520 sq. ft.
