The scope of work for this 16,350 ft2building completed in June 2002 includes a museum, 2 meeting rooms, gymnasium, computer room, an arts and crafts center, fitness and wellness area, kitchen, administrative offices and a maintenance building. Extra amenities include an ornamental lighthouse, patio, senior restrooms, and a seperate kitchenette for the celebration hall which can be rented out for banquets and receptions. We focused our site planning so that the amenities and features of the project created playing fields and support the beach uses. This project cost an estimated $1.8 million.
