The Wababsh Government Center project included a 38,000 sq.ft. renovation and a 18,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing Memorial Hall on the courthouse square. For the addition, the original "Queen Anne" style architecture was duplicated in addition with the turrets on each corner of the west elevation. For controlled access into the building, there is only one entrance to the building, however, there are numerous emergency exits. The renovation included providing a new electrical and HVAC system for the building.
