In an ongoing effort to revitalize their historic downtown, the Town of Geneva selected the most dilapidated building on Line Street to acquire and restore for a town hall/community center/police station. The collapsed structure had deteriorated masonry, missing windows and did not have fire rated stairs. In addition, prior to our involvement, the CFF grant approval had been stalled. We were instrumental in re-starting the historic review process and obtaining CFF funding. When Prince/Alexander got involved we had an approval letter from Historic DNR in 6 days and met all schedules and budgets previously established. This restoration cost $590,000.
