Fifth Third Bank (fomerly Citizens Bank) was completed in 1993. This bank was the first of its kind in Huntingburg. Due to this fact, the architecture needed to become a landmark for the area. The traditional aesthetic provides precedence for future development in this area. This 2,700 ft2 new construction cost around $400,000, costing $148 / ft2.
