Who We Are
Stephen Alexander, AIA
Steve is the Principal Architect and Owner of Prince/Alexander. He founded the company in 1984 and is licensed in Indiana, Illinois, Florida, Missouri, and Michigan. Steve is also a member of the AIA.
Semyon Smolkin, AIA
Semyon has an extensive background in the field of architecture, concentrating on retail planning, site and multi-family development, corporate design, historic preservation, renovation, and adaptive reuse.
Kelly Mills
Kelly is Prince/Alexander’s Project Manager. She has worked on such jobs as the Syracuse Community Center and the Transmission Builders Federal Credit Union.
Mark Condiff
Mark works in architectural production as an MEP Engineer. He has an Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
Kristine Costello
Graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts for Interior Design in Michigan, Kristine has worked with Prince/Alexander since August 2007. Kristine works with AutoCAD production and product representatives for various projects with our firm.
Amanda Norris
Amanda works with interior design, accounting, and AutoCAD design.
Stacy Hinds
Stacy is the administrative assistant at Prince/Alexander. She works with contracts, plan distribution, accounting, marketing, and photography for the firm.
